We are Joe and Nitasha, a husband-and-wife team passionate about all things English Cream Dachshund.

Together, we founded Dainty Cream Doxies to combine our creative skills and offer custom pet photography while ethically raising pedigree pups.

As third-generation breeders, we are discerning in selecting our puppy families and we require a thorough application process for prospective homes.

Hi, I'm Nitasha!

Dog Mom First, Breeder Second

I was lucky to grow up surrounded by a love of dogs, and I am proud to be a 3rd generation AKC breeder.

My first dachshund was a short haired, miniature red puppy that I received on my 8th birthday. She began my interest in the breed, but once I met my first English Cream in college, I absolutely fell in love!

To help share this love of English Creams with other pet families, I continued the family's breeding tradition. I also run our social media, handle bookings and arrange meet & greets. When I'm not busy being a dog mom, I also work in pediatrics - a skill that aligns with taking care of our tiny puppies.

The Unexpected Dog Dad

I didn’t grow up with pets, but becoming a dog dad has been one of life’s greatest joys.

As a young boy, my grandfather introduced me to the art of photography, sparking a lifelong passion for working with the camera.

When I’m not building doggie play areas or working hands-on with our puppies, I lead our photography services.

I offer private pet photography sessions for our wonderful puppy families, and capture the authentic, heartfelt images of our dogs that you see across our social media.
